Backlog CleanUp - Take the time, it's worth it!

Every well run Org I know of has one thing in common: Relentless backlog cleanup. Every few months, someone goes through every single user story / ticket and asks:

• Is this still relevant?- Is this still accurate?- Is this still the right priority?

And then they kill the ones that failed, especially their darlings.
