What I appreciate is the focus on Security as the bedrock of a clean org. Before we talk about anything else, we need to make sure the foundation is solid.
- Who has access?
- Who should have access?
- Which permissions are outdated?
- Which users, Profiles, Permission Sets, and integrations have grown over time without enough review?
That is not glamorous work, but it is essential work.
And I really like how the webinar treats cleanup not as some abstract technical debt topic, but as a practical discipline that starts with the fundamentals: Security first, then everything else.
Definitely worth reading for every Salesforce Admin, Architect, Product Owner, and anyone responsible for a Salesforce Org.
