Org Owners: Your Org Is Dirty, everyone knows, You Just Haven't Asked!

When did you last ask your team if the Org is still clean enough to work with? Not the roadmap. Not the release date. The actual mess underneath.

I'm sure, your people have a clear opinion but likely stopped telling you.

They raised it before and got told the roadmap was full or they asked for cleanup time and got told one more feature comes first. So they stopped asking, and the dirt became normal. The overloaded layout... the slow, painful release.

This isn't on them. It's on leadership. Every time cleanup loses to features, you teach your team that raising the problem is pointless. That silence isn't apathy, it's a lesson you taught them.

So stop waiting for a perfect tech-debt dashboard to justify action. Just ask:

• Where does Salesforce slow your users down?
• Where do changes cost more than they should?
• What parts of the Org do your Product Owners no longer understand?
• What are your Architects afraid to touch?

AND Most important:

• What do you need to get started cleaning?

If you only ever ask for features, you'll only ever get features while the debt quietly piles up underneath.
