Because I only quote what I've seen. The audit shows which Page Layouts, bugs and old Data hurt your Users most, and that becomes the fixed scope.
What if the cleanup uncovers something that needs a redesign?
We don't redesign. We document it and hand it to your Product Owner, so your team or your implementation partner can plan it properly.
Can you add a small feature while you're in there?
No. No new Fields, no new Flow branches, no new Record Types. Not as a favor, not "while I'm in there." That focus is what keeps the price, the scope and the timeline fixed.
