Want to become a data-driven company? Clean your Salesforce

In data-driven companies, leaders genuinely care about understanding what's happening in the business. They ask questions, challenge assumptions, and expect decisions to be backed by facts. Data is not something that exists for reporting purposes. It is part of how the company operates.

As a result, they invest in keeping their data, Salesforce configuration, Automation, and processes clean. They know that if the foundation is unreliable, every dashboard, prediction, and AI initiative built on top of it becomes less valuable.

Companies that are not truly data-driven often do the opposite. They keep implementing new features, new tools, and now new AI capabilities, while ignoring the growing mess underneath. The data quality declines, Automation becomes harder to understand, trust in the system erodes, and eventually people stop using the insights the platform produces.

The interesting part is that both companies can buy exactly the same AI technology.

One uses it to move faster because they trust their foundation.

The other uses it to generate answers nobody fully believes.

If you want to become an AI-driven company, don't just invest in AI.

Invest in making Salesforce, your data, and your Automation trustworthy enough that both people and AI can rely on them.
